First Reactions to Rogue One: A Star Wars Story Are Overwhelmingly Positive

"Great Kid, Don't Get Cocky."

Just over a week ago, we got our first reactions to Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, but those (extremely-positive) reactions were based solely on 28-minutes worth of footage (not shown in order) and came from a select number of people that Lucasfilm invited. Aside from that, Alan Tudyk revealed that the cast was left speechless after they saw it for the first time and Star Wars creator, George Lucas, personally-called director Gareth Edwards to tell him he "loved" it.
So, after Rogue One: A Star Wars Story had its world premiere on Saturday in Los Angeles, those that attended the event were given permission by Disney and Lucasfilm to share their initial reactions, and as you can guess from the headline above, they found them film to be very enjoyable.

By the way, now that we can confidently assume that Rogue One will receive stellar reviews from film critics, there's a good possibility the film will end up on the high-end of its already lofty $280-350 million projected global opening.

From Lucasfilm comes the first of the Star Wars standalone films, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, an all-new epic adventure. In a time of conflict, a group of unlikely heroes band together on a mission to steal the plans to the Death Star, the Empire’s ultimate weapon of destruction. This key event in the Star Wars timeline brings together ordinary people who choose to do extraordinary things, and in doing so, become part of something greater than themselves.
Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is directed by Gareth Edwards and stars Felicity Jones, Diego Luna, Ben Mendelsohn, Donnie Yen, Mads Mikkelsen, Alan Tudyk, Riz Ahmed, Jiang Wen and Forest Whitaker. Kathleen Kennedy, Allison Shearmur and Simon Emanuel are producing, with John Knoll and Jason McGatlin serving as executive producers. if you get rogue movie or rogue trailer then comment.
